Janice Tucker is the visionary founder and chief executive officer of Janice Vision Homes, a mission-driven organization that is committed to supporting survivors of domestic violence. 

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Janice has always been driven by a deep sense of compassion and a desire to help those in need. Her commitment is rooted in witnessing firsthand the devasting effects of domestic violence on individuals and families. Motivated by her strong faith and commitment to social justice, she felt compelled to take action.

In 2016, Janice Tucker founded Janice Vision Homes. Her vision was to create a place where individuals and families could find refuge, healing, and empowerment.

Under her leadership, Janice Vision Homes has become a beacon of hope for those escaping abusive situations. Janice’s compassionate and caring nature, coupled with her expertise as a healthcare provider, minister and survivor of domestic violence enables her to provide holistic care to survivors, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
