VISION
We want to create a safe space for women and children who have experienced domestic violence to become self-sufficient, independent and abuse free. We want them to have the tools necessary to function in society as productive financially, physically and mentally stable citizens who are well educated and have a stable home and family.
Career Counseling
At Janice Vision Homes (JVH), we understand that achieving financial independence is a crucial step toward breaking free from domestic violence situations and maintaining a life free from abuse. Our domestic violence shelter goes beyond providing a safe haven; we empower survivors on their journey to self-sufficiency. Through our comprehensive employment services, including career counseling, job referrals, and resume workshops, we equip survivors with the tools and support they need to build a brighter future.
Safe & Secure Housing
At Janice Vision Homes (JVH), we wholeheartedly recognize the paramount importance of providing safe and secure housing solutions for domestic violence survivors. Our organization is dedicated to offering various housing assistance programs tailored to meet the unique needs of survivors. With JVH's Housing Referral program, we ensure that survivors are connected to vital resources and services essential for securing stable housing.
Transitional Housing
For those who require a transitional period before achieving permanent housing, our Transitional Housing program offers a safe and supportive environment during the journey to independence. At JVH, we are fully committed to acknowledging the critical significance of housing in the lives of domestic violence survivors.
